Your provider will discuss any and all costs as you may or may not need higher dosing and medication to reach your goals; however, when coupled with our recommended nutrition program, this is normally not the case.

Diabetics, due to the potential risk of hypoglycemia secondary to increased insulin secretion.
Potential Side Effects
Nausea (B12 shot may decrease nausea), constipation if water intake is inadequate (water intake in ounces should equal body weight in kilograms), some individuals may experience diarrhea.

Next Steps
If you do not have lab results from your primary care provider within the last 6 months, they will be ordered for you. This is to ensure you are safe and fit to move forward. Once those are complete, you are ready to go! The nutrition program and medication will be ordered and will arrive directly to your doorstep! You will be educated on the self-injection process and how to best implement your nutrition program!
Nutrition and Diet
We highly recommend beginning a nutrition program in conjunction with your injections. This will ensure you are making lifestyle changes that will keep you healthy while on the medication as well as maintain your goal weight when it is reached and injections can stop! We have chosen what we believe to be the best combination of medication and nutrition. Your provider and nutrition coach will help you choose the nutrition support and plan that is right for you!
Finally, monthly check-ins are required while on the medications, but can be virtual! Providers are always available for any questions or concerns!
