Disclaimer: In-person training fees are refundable only if canceled at least 21 days prior to the scheduled training date. Any requests to reschedule must also be made at least 21 days in advance of the training date. Rescheduling requests made within 21 days of the training will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

By attending an in-person training, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Attendance confirms full participation and renders the training non-refundable. Any disputes submitted to your credit card company after attendance will be considered a breach of these terms.

Trainings hosted by Smiley Aesthetics that feature guest educators (e.g., Julie Horne) are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the cancellation timeframe. Due to the nature of these exclusive events, all sales are final once registration is complete.
