Jordan has been in the medical field for 7 years. She grew up in Dickson, TN and is now living in Mt. Juliet. Jordan received her Nursing degree from Cumberland University and, upon graduation, spent time as an ICU Nurse at Skyline in Nashville before she moved to Home Health. This move led her on a path to earn her Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner where she gained experience in both primary care and urgent care. Jordan is now the Clinic Manager for the Smiley Aesthetics Mt Juliet MedSpa location and loving it. Jordan desires to help each individual reach those goals in regard to Aesthetics and health. She is dedicated to continuing her education in the health, fitness and nutritional world and would love to share her knowledge with her clients.

Mercedes Hester, RN, CEN, CPEN, AMB-BC serves as the Director of Training and Strategic Initiatives for Smiley Aesthetics. If you want to know the “why” behind anything at your appointment, Mercedes is the injector for you! Mercedes is a seasoned nurse of 14 years with most of her experience in the field of emergency nursing. Her journey in healthcare has been marked by a relentless commitment to continuous learning and a passion for training and mentoring fellow nurses for over 8,000 hours to excel in their chosen paths. Mercedes holds the distinction of being double board-certified in emergency nursing, and board-certified in ambulatory nursing, a testament to her expertise and dedication to providing the highest standard of care. Her extensive knowledge and experience have not only benefited her patients but have also had a profound impact on the professional development of countless nurses under her guidance. Mercedes transition into the world of aesthetic nursing marks an exciting new chapter in her already distinguished nursing career.
