What is Smiley Aesthetics?
Smiley Aesthetics is a medical spa group with 7 locations across Tennessee, Kentucky, and Georgia. We provide Botox, dermal fillers, Scarlet SRF microneedling, medical weight loss (GLP-1), facials, chemical peels, and laser treatments. We serve clients in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, Arizona, and Colorado. All aesthetic services are performed by licensed medical providers under the oversight of our medical directors.
Where is Smiley Aesthetics located?
We have 8 medical spa locations: Nashville (339 White Bridge Pike, home to our Nashville West med spa, Cosmetic Surgery Center, and Training Facility), Gallatin, Soddy-Daisy, Collierville, and Knoxville, Tennessee; Bowling Green, Kentucky; and Rome and Sandy Springs, Georgia. Our Sandy Springs location opens in October 2026. We serve clients in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, Arizona, and Colorado.
How much does Botox cost at Smiley Aesthetics?
Botox is priced per unit, typically $10 to $12 per unit depending on location and current promotions — among the most affordable in the markets we serve. Contact your nearest location for current pricing and specials.
Do I need an appointment, or do you offer same-day visits?
Appointments are recommended and can be booked online, but most locations offer same-day appointments based on availability.
What weight loss services does Smiley Aesthetics offer?
We offer medically supervised weight loss including GLP-1 medications, plus vitamin and wellness support. Contact your nearest location for current pricing.
Who performs the treatments at Smiley Aesthetics?
Treatments are performed by licensed, trained medical injectors and providers who receive ongoing education, under the oversight of our medical directors.
