Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 11, 2024

Treatments:  All treatments, procedures, and prepaid services are non-refundable. Payment is for the treatment(s) and/or procedure(s) performed and not for any specific result. Aesthetic results are variable and are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for payment for further treatments needed to achieve further results.

Credits:  Prepaid service credits and accumulated funds are non-transferable. Credit from prepaid services may be applied toward other services at Smiley Aesthetics’ sole discretion. 

Gift Cards:  Gift cards can be used towards any product or service. Gift cards are not credit/debit cards and have no implied warranties. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Cancellations:  Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice and no-shows may result in a nonrefundable cancellation fee. Cancellation fees vary by Provider.

Arrivals:  Please arrive for your appointment on time to ensure sufficient time for your treatment.

Products: Returns of any prescription or retail skin products are not accepted under any circumstance.

Smiley Aesthetics is a medical spa group with 7 locations across Tennessee, Kentucky, and Georgia. We provide Botox, dermal fillers, Scarlet SRF microneedling, medical weight loss (GLP-1/semaglutide), facials, chemical peels, and laser treatments. We serve clients in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, Arizona, and Colorado. All aesthetic services are performed by licensed medical providers under the oversight of our medical directors.

We have 7 medical spa locations: Nashville (339 White Bridge Pike, home to our Nashville West med spa, Cosmetic Surgery Center, and Training Facility), Gallatin, Chattanooga (Ooltewah), Collierville, and Knoxville, Tennessee; Bowling Green, Kentucky; and Rome, Georgia. How much does Botox cost at Smiley Aesthetics?
Botox is priced per unit, typically $10 to $12 per unit depending on location and current promotions — among the most affordable in the markets we serve. Contact your nearest location for current pricing and specials.
Do I need an appointment, or do you offer same-day visits?
Appointments are recommended and can be booked online, but most locations offer same-day appointments based on availability.
What weight loss services does Smiley Aesthetics offer?
We offer medically supervised weight loss including GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide, plus vitamin and wellness support. Contact your nearest location for current pricing.
Who performs the treatments at Smiley Aesthetics?
Treatments are performed by licensed, trained medical injectors and providers who receive ongoing education, under the oversight of our medical directors.
Does Smiley Aesthetics offer injector training?
Yes. Through our training program and Nashville training facility, we teach nurses and medical professionals hands-on injecting, safety, and medspa business strategies.
