Mary Ford MSN, RN, CRNA
Mary has been in the medical field for over 12 years. She grew up in Nashville, TN where she received an Associates degree in Nursing followed by a Bachelors degree in Nursing from East Tennessee State University. She worked in the Neurosurgical ICU at Vanderbilt University before attending the University of Tennessee to pursue her Masters degree in Nurse Anesthesiology. After receiving her degree in 2016, she began practicing in the operating room as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist and continues to do so today. Mary recently relocated back home to Nashville with her two beautiful children and loving husband. She worked in a medical spa in downtown Knoxville for over 2 years prior to founding Smiley Aesthetics.
Mary is an experienced and accredited aesthetic injectables trainer and educator with certifications from Allergan, International Association For Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, American Medical Educators Training, and American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She has also received private trainings from Dr. Steve Weiner on ultrasound guided injections, Julie Horne’s masterclass on Advanced lip injections, a cadaver course with international trainer Dr. David Sadaat, among training with several other nationally recognized trainers. Her own trainings are accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and Boards of Nursing. She is also an accredited speaker and is a current speaker for the 2022 CRNA Entrepreneur Mastermind Summit and for the Indiana Association of Nurse Anesthetists. She continues to advance her aesthetic education and practice on a daily basis. Pricing for certification and training includes all supplies and products.
Mary has a passion for helping others look their best from the inside out. She believes in taking collagen to support your skin, hair, nails, and joints from the inside while using injectables to enhance your natural beauty on the outside. She is also passionate about training others and helping them begin their aesthetic journey! She offers one on one, small group, and larger group certification and training courses.
Jessica Chauvin, BSN, CCN, RN
Jessie is a Nashville native. She is a certified injector and experienced RN of 16 years who lives in the West Nashville area. When she’s not working she loves spending time with her 4 daughters, hanging out with family and friends and escaping to the beach whenever she can. She is motivated to help you achieve your skin care goals from the inside out!
Adriane Rohrer, APRN, BSN, RN
Adriane is new to the Mount Juliet area and is loving the South. She has been a registered nurse since 2014 and a Nurse Practitioner since 2020. If she is not doing aesthetic injectables, she is working as a wound care NP. She love spending time with her family and gardening. She is so excited to help you achieve you aesthetic goals inside out!
Hannah Shankles, APRN, MSN, RN
Hannah is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Blount Senior Care Partners and a Nurse Injector with over 10 years of Nursing experience. She obtained both her Associates and Bachelors degree in Nursing at Lincoln Memorial University. She holds a Masters degree in Nursing from King University. Hannah has experience in emergency medicine, cardiology, post-operative recovery, surgical rehabilitation, primary, geriatrics, and urgent care.
Hannah is passionate about connecting with others and helping each client to look and feel their very best. She is a native of Knoxville who enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends and learning new things. She is accepting new clients in both Knoxville and Maryville!
Caterina Raby, RN
Caterina is a native of Toronto, Canada, and met her now husband in 2011 where they currently reside in Harrogate, TN. She is a mom to a beautiful daughter and enjoys traveling. Caterina has been a registered nurse since 2017. After serving in the labor and delivery unit, she was able to finally land her dream job with Smiley Aesthetics. She is very passionate about aesthetics and would love to help you achieve your skin goals.
Amanda Parks, FNP-BC
Amanda is a native East Tennessee girl and has been in Healthcare since 2003. She graduated from The University of Tennessee in 2005 with her Bachelors in Nursing. She then graduated in 2009 with her Masters in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University. Amanda has over 10 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine and over 4 years experience with injectables. Amanda’s passions also include over 15 years in weight loss management. Her goal is to make you feel amazing inside and out! She is accepting new clients at our Knoxville location.
Cira Monnig,BSN,AANP – KS
MERCEDES HESTER, BSN, RN
Mercedes Is A Highly Skilled And Experienced Registered Nurse Aesthetics Trainer. She Holds Certifications From Allergan And Smiley Aesthetics And Has Received Private Trainings From Mary Ford On Numerous Occasions. Mercedes Is A Mobile Smiley Aesthetics Injector And Injects At Their Mount Juliet Location. With Over 12 Years Of Nursing Experience, She Has Accumulated Over 5,500 Hours Of Training New And Experienced Nurses While Working In The ER. She Also Functioned As A Traveling TNCC Instructor During That Time. During The COVID-19 pandemic, Mercedes Spent Over 2,000 Hours Training New Nurses And Providing Essential Clinical Rotations To Nursing Students While In A telephone-triage position. Combining Her Passion For Teaching With Her Love Of Aesthetics, Mercedes Brings A Wealth Of Knowledge And Expertise To Her Training Sessions!
Jordan Hardy, APRN, BSN, RN
Jordan has been in the medical field for 7 years. She grew up in Dickson, TN and is now living in Mt. Juliet. Jordan received her Nursing degree from Cumberland University and, upon graduation, spent time as an ICU Nurse at Skyline in Nashville before she moved to Home Health. This move led her on a path to earn her Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner where she gained experience in both primary care and urgent care. Jordan is now the Clinic Manager for the Smiley Aesthetics Mt Juliet MedSpa location
In her free time, Jordan likes to spend time with her family, volunteer for local charities, listen to live music, occasionally binge a good TV show, or devour a good book. She believes that each client is unique with their own goals and aspirations. Jordan desires to help each individual reach those goals in regard to Aesthetics and health. She is dedicated to continuing her education in the health, fitness and nutritional world and would love to share her knowledge with her clients.
DONNA SMAILIS, PA
Donna is a Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Physician Assistant at St Thomas Midtown Hospital with almost 10 years experience in the greater Nashville, TN area.
