Brandi Fly, APRN, FNP-BC | Clinic Manager
Brandi has worked in the healthcare industry foro ver 30 years. She is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Bariatric and General Surgery, Family Practice, and Internal Medicine. Brandi is passionate about meeting the needs of her patients and their overall health. She has a love for aesthetics, providing her clients with Botox, fillers, chemical peels, micro-needling, and a fabulous skin care line. Brandi also has a certification in weight loss management and provides weight loss medications used in conjunction with lifestyle modifications.
Natalie Manseau | Aesthetician
Natalie Manseau is a licensed aesthetician in the state of Tennessee currently practicing at the Smiley Aesthetics Collierville Medspa location. She attended Gold Academy and brings over two years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, with a strong commitment to continued education and professional growth.
Natalie’s practice is centered on results-driven, evidence-based treatments, including HydroFacials, Scarlet RF microneedling, LED light therapy, and fully customized skincare plans. She believes optimal skin health is achieved through a personalized approach—combining advanced modalities, education, and consistency—to support long-term skin integrity, confidence, and measurable results. Natalie is passionate about staying current with evolving technologies and clinical skincare advancements to ensure the highest standard of care for my clients.
Outside of the treatment room, Natalie is a proud mother to her daughter, Calleigh. They live in Arlington with their pets and stay actively involved in their local community. Building meaningful relationships is deeply important to her, and she brings that same warmth, trust, and attentiveness into every client experience.
