I had such a great experience with Donna for Botox! I was really nervous about looking 'frozen' or unnatural, but she completely understood my goal of a refreshed, soft look.
She took the time to study my facial expressions and placed the product perfectly—my fine lines are gone, but I still have natural movement in my brows and face. I just look well-rested and glowy rather than 'done.' If you’re looking for a provider who prioritizes a subtle, sophisticated result, I can’t recommend Smiley enough!

The staff was very professional, and the service was perfect from start to finish. A special thank you to Jessica — she was so kind, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and took her time to make sure I was happy.

Amanda did such a great job on my lips! I hadn’t had them done in a couple of years and was dying to get them redone. She was so kind and listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. They look so good and I finally feel like myself again!

I had such a great experience and am in love with the results from my breast augmentation. Dr. Noah was knowledgeable, patient, and listened to what I wanted to achieve. His nurse Hollis was amazing, so kind and reassuring every step of the way. Her and Yadira (Surgical Coordinator) helped me feel completely comfortable from the start and kept everything organized and made the whole process so easy and stress free. I got exactly the results I wanted and would def recommend Dr. Noah ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just had a a tummy tuck with muscle repair. I am so impressed from start to finish how amazing Dr. Noah and his staff have been! From consultation to procedure so professional. I interviewed a lot of of surgeons before deciding to go with Dr. Noah. I went with him based on his honesty and his office staff being so accommodating. Hollis is amazing and Mary made going under anesthesia so effortless and peaceful. I had surgery Tuesday and they all have called to check on me and I’m mobile and recovering fast! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Wow—where do I even begin? I had the best experience with Dr. Noah, better than I ever imagined possible. I flew all the way from Arizona to Nashville specifically for a tummy tuck, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. From start to finish, his team was beyond sweet and welcoming.

So I had higher hopes for this place as I saw all the 5stars however, when I went there it was not what I was expecting. The clinic it self was clean, staff was nice. So first off I called to schedule an appointment the person that scheduled me said it would be around $200, $10 unit so I scheduled the appointment then they said I have to put a deposit down which would go towards my visit so I gave my information then waited for my appointment.
Went to my appointment was greeted and taken back. Didn’t even fill out any forms or anything. The nurse took several pictures however, I was kind of confused because other spa places give you something to sign giving permission to take photos and if you want your photos shared well none of that.
Then waited on the injector which I forgot her name anyways she asked where the problem was told her the forehead only she said “ok be right back”. Comes back with her needle and starts injecting without numbing the spot. I have had numbing before Botox done before so that kind of was different. Did it hurt kind of. Then as soon as she was done she said “ok you can follow me” took me back to the front so I can do the payment. She didn’t give me any information about the it’s and the care with getting Botox. I got all that through an email after I got home. That should be mentioned before the patient leaving the clinic. Then they gave me a higher price than what I was told in the phone. Which granted when I told them they fixed it but still little higher then what I was told.
I got another email states I will get a refund with my deposit back on to my card. I thought the deposit was added to the checkout. Along with that email said if you don’t see any results to come back in 2 weeks we will fix it however, you will be charged. So all of this just made me spin around and think.
I’m glad everyone had a great experience however, mine was not that great and I will not be using this place again.

3) it helps if the injector gives a after care plan to the patient before rushing them out of the room.

This was my first time getting any filler.
Mercedes was very knowledgeable, and had such a warm and welcoming bedside manner.
I expected to feel out of my comfort zone, but quickly felt like I was just hanging out with a group of my girlfriends.
Everyone involved was very thorough while providing education and explaining techniques used throughout the procedures. Much to my surprise, it was nearly painless.. which could be attributed to the techniques and skill level demonstrated.. paired with the distraction of good company while having conversations throughout.
I traveled to the training facility from Florida, and wish I could pack Mercedes in my suitcase to bring back with me. She is incredibly talented, and you can tell she has a passion and enjoys the work she does. I will definitely be making future trips to Nashville as an excuse to come back and find myself under her needles again. 😊

I recently attended training with another organization, and it truly made me appreciate the level of preparation and confidence I gained from my experience with Smiley Aesthetic Training. Mercedes has a way of teaching that not only covers the technical skills but also empowers you to feel ready to take on the aesthetic industry with confidence and clarity. Her approach is thorough, supportive, and genuinely inspiring. I can honestly say that I walked away from her training feeling capable and prepared to excel. I cant thank Mercedes enough. Mercedes is the best trainer!! Throughly learned so much during my training day. I am glad I did the private training as I felt like I got the most hands on experience due to it being a 1 on 1 session. So if you can, I highly recommend doing the private training! Great material and resources as well.

The comprehensive education portal and textbooks required prior to the course and hands-on learning at the training were thorough, engaging, and enjoyable. After this course I truly feel prepared to perform these basic injections both technique-wise and safety-wise! Alex is absolutely incredible. Calling her “the fountain of youth” still doesn’t fully capture how talented she is. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for. She has this calm confidence that instantly puts you at ease, and her work is flawless. Natural, refreshed, beautiful results without ever looking overdone.
I’m moving back to the West Coast this week, but even with 2,150 miles between us, I’ll still make the journey back to Knoxville every 6 months just to see her. That’s how good she is.

Currently getting the Lipo-Mino vitamin injections. I just got my 2nd one. So I will give another review after my 5th & last one. However, so far I feel more awake in the mornings & have had some curbed appetite. Lost not quite a lb so won't count that but we will see! Amanda is very knowledgeable about what she does and is legitimately medically licensed to do what she does! Highly recommend you checking her out!

Daughter found this lil hidden gem! Glad she did, I saw Taylor, and have seen her since. She's very knowledgeable, kind patient, and listens. Not to mention a great iniector. Most can inject, but I feel there's an art to it. TAYLOR has it! Her placement is spot on and frankly the best I've had. and I've had alot in my 50 years......

Ek het 'n absoluut wonderlike ervaring gehad. Beide die pragtige dames, Nettie en Isabella, was wonderlik. Dit is my heel eerste keer dat ek lipvuller kry en ek was eintlik bang, maar dit was absoluut pynloos. Hulle het alles verduidelik wat hulle doen en ek sal beslis aanhou om hierdie dames te sien. Hulle bied baie verskillende dienste, so ek beveel aan dat jy hulle besoek en al die dienste wat hulle aanbied. Jy sal nie teleurgesteld wees nie en hulle sal goed na jou omsien!

I had an absolutely amazing experience. Both of the beautiful ladies Nettie and Isabella were wonderful. This is my very first time getting lip filler and I was actually terrified but it was absolutely painless. They explained everything they were doing and I will definitely continue seeing these ladies. They offer many different services so I do recommend checking them out and all of the services they offer. You will not be disappointed and they will take great care of you!

Dit was die eerste keer dat ek lipvuller gekry het, en ek was baie senuweeagtig en het elke enkele resensie gelees om seker te maak ek plaas myself in 'n goeie omgewing vir die eerste keer. Ek het aanhoudend teruggekom na hierdie kantoor en gevoel dat dit die beste plek was vir 'n natuurlike voorkoms. Nettie is baie vriendelik en geduldig, en dit is wat ek die meeste waardeer! Ek het 'n idee gehad van hoe ek wou hê my resultaat moes lyk: sag, simmetries, bietjie mollig en net 'n bietjie natuurlike hoogte aan my lippe gee. Sy luister en bevestig my bekommernisse! As jy vir die eerste keer vulsel doen, beveel ek Smiley BG regtig aan. Dankie Nettie!

First time getting lip filler, I was very nervous and read every. Single. Review to make sure I was putting myself in a good environment for the first time. I kept making my way back here to this office and felt this was the best place for a natural look. Nettie is very kind, and patient which is what I appreciate the most! I had an idea of what I want my outcome to look like : soft, symmetrical, little plump and just add some natural height to my lips. She listens and validates my concerns! If you’re doing filler for the first time I really recommend smiley BG. Thank you Nettie!

My first time at Smiley Medspa was awesome! Amanda did my lip filler and Botox. She was amazing and made me feel super comfortable. She was also very fast but thorough. The other ladies were so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back for other services.

Had such a great experience with Meghan (and Holly!)! My lips look the best they've ever looked! I also had a wonderful Botox experience.
