Mary Smiley Ford, MSN, APRN, CRNA
Mary, CEO of Smiley Aesthetics, has over 13 years of experience in the medical field. She began her career in the Neurosurgical ICU at Vanderbilt University before earning her Master’s in Nurse Anesthesiology from the University of Tennessee in 2016. Mary is a practicing Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist and a highly skilled aesthetic injectables trainer. As one of 500 faculty trainers for the Allergan Medical Institute, she represents the leading manufacturer of Botox, Juvéderm, and other cosmetic products, bringing world-class expertise to Smiley Aesthetics.
Jessie Cheatham BSN, RN, CCN
Jessica is a Tennessee native. She started her nursing career in 2008. Jessica is an experienced aesthetic nurse with a passion for enhancing the natural beauty of her clients. With a background in nursing and specialized training in cosmetic procedures, she brings a blend of medical expertise and an artistic eye to our practice. Her goal is to help individuals look and feel their best through a range of non-surgical treatments, always prioritizing safety and patient satisfaction.
Donna Smailis, PA
Donna is a Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Physician Assistant at St Thomas Midtown Hospital with almost 10 years experience in the greater Nashville, TN area. Donna has a decade of experience in Pulmonary/Critical Care and Sleep Medicine but found her true calling in Aesthetics, transitioning to this field in fall 2022. She currently works as an Aesthetics Practitioner and Clinic Manager at Smiley Aesthetics’ West Nashville location. Her offerings at Smiley Aesthetics include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, skincare, IV therapy, and weight loss treatments.
Ashley Riggs
Ashley Riggs is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser specialist. Ashley brings 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, including 7 years in medical aesthetics-her true passion. As a national trainer for SkiMedica and multiple laser companies, Ashley’s expertise is second to none.
