Description
This option includes an urgent care provider evaluation for patients experiencing rosacea-related concerns. Metronidazole gel and azelaic acid gel are prescription medicines applied to the skin to treat the bumps and redness of rosacea. A licensed provider reviews the patient’s medical history, skin symptoms, and questionnaire responses to determine whether treatment may be appropriate. If approved, medication is prescribed in accordance with clinical guidelines. Treatment is not guaranteed and is subject to provider discretion.
