The first step is a one-on-one virtual consultation in the comfort of your own home with one of our Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioners. Once determined to be a good candidate, some basic information will be gathered to measure your progress.

Next up, comes the nutritional consult with your one-on-one personal nutrition coach. Beginning the right nutrition plan in conjunction with the medication is critical to the most weight loss and maintaining it over time once no longer on the medication. Our dedicated nutrition coaches will work with you to ensure you have the best plan that suits your needs!

What is Semaglutide/Tirzepatide and How Does it Work?

Semaglutide/Tirzepatide is an injectable weight loss medication designed to boost insulin production, initially developed for diabetes management. It’s ideal for individuals with conditions like PCOS and metabolic syndrome. Semaglutide/Tirzepatide also slows gastric emptying, keeping you feeling full longer while signaling your brain that you’re not hungry. This weekly injection suits most candidates, and your Provider will ensure it’s the right fit for you. We believe in more than just injections; lifestyle modification is key. This encompasses nutrition, physical activity, and self-care. Without lifestyle changes, clients may regain weight once off the medication. Both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are in the GLP-1 category of medications, and the mechanism of action in the body works the same.

What does the program include?

  • Monthly visit with Weight Loss Nurse
  • Semaglutide injections, along with supplies

  • Access to a Private Facebook support group (to share the journey, recipes, etc)
  • 24/7 accessibility to Provider for questions or concerns

What is the Price?

Initial Consult Free & Monthly Payments

  • Semaglutide Initial Consult Free (You need to speak with the Provider to ensure you are a good candidate for this treatment).
  • A one-time fee of $150.00 is applied to start the membership when you first sign up. 
  • Month to- Month subscription plan: $350 monthly
  • Auto Payment with subscription plan: $300 monthly
  • Note: At 80 units, you must increase the medication needed to last a month. At that point, you will be switched to the 5ml vial, which will increase your cost to $425.00 a month.
  • Tirzepatide Initial Consult Free  (You need to speak with the Provider to ensure you are a good candidate for this treatment).
  • A one-time fee of $150.00 is applied to start the membership when you first sign up. 
  • Month to- Month subscription plan: $550 monthly
  • Auto Payment with subscription plan: $500 monthly
  • Note: At 100 units, you must increase the medication needed to last a month. At that point, you will be switched to the 5ml vial, which will increase to $600 a month.

What are the Optional Add-Ons to Enhance Weight Loss?

  •  1:1 Personal Nutrition Coach: Guiding you through the basic weight loss program.30-day Nutrition Pack: $300/month
  •  Meal Replacement Shakes: Ensure you get essential nutrients. One Meal Replacement Shake per day: $100/month
  •  Lipo Injections: Includes B12 with supplies: $100/vial (lasts up to 10 weeks)

If you’re interested in meal replacement shakes, we can add the basic weight loss pack (Isagenix brand), which includes a full 30 days of meal replacement shakes and other cleansing products. Eating on the weight loss program and semaglutide can make it challenging to consume adequate nutrition.

How long should I be in the Weight Loss Program? 

Most people remain on the medication for 6-12 months, depending on their starting weight, lifestyle, dietary changes, and goals. The duration has no fixed limit as long as it continues to work. After reaching their goals, maintaining them relies on the lifestyle and nutritional changes they’ve embraced.
